We offer two ways of booking an Orlando Vacation Rental Home:
Book a specific home. This option allows you to view our list of Orlando Vacation Rentals and pick the exact home you want to stay in for your vacation. The home you see will be the home we hold for you. If you chose to book a specific property, there is a $150 deposit required, with the balance of your stay due 30 days prior to arrival. To book a specific Orlando Vacation Home, click “View Our Catalog of Condos, Town Homes, and Homes” link, choose the property you are interested in, then email or call us to check availability. We will contact you promptly to let you know the availability and help you book that exact property. Looking for something really specific? If you do not see the exact property you are looking for on our site, please call us toll free at 1-877-396-4047. We add new properties daily and may be able to accommodate your requirements.
Book a generic home. This option will allow you to book one of our Orlando Vacation Rentals at the lowest price possible. By booking a generic home, you just need to tell us your basic needs (number of bedrooms and number of bathrooms required). We then choose a home that meets your criteria. With this method, you can make specific requests (i.e. king size bed in the master, east side of Disney, etc.) and we will do our best to meet these requests. However, requests cannot be guaranteed. If you chose to book a generic home, there is a 10% deposit required to hold a property in your name. The balance of your stay is due 7 days prior to arrival (except for bookings during holiday periods – for more information on this, see our terms and conditions).
