Finding a vacation rental in the Orlando area is easy…there are plenty of Orlando Vacation Rentals to choose from. But, finding the right vacation rental isn't that easy.
The Kissimmee Rental Company is dedicated to helping you find the right vacation rental, and at the right price. There are two ways that you can make a booking for one of our Orlando Vacation Rentals:
- Book a generic home. This option will allow you to book one of our Orlando Vacation Rentals at the lowest price possible. By booking a generic home, you just need to tell us your basic needs (number of bedrooms and number of bathrooms required). We then choose a home that meets your criteria. With this method, you can make specific requests (i.e. king size bed in the master, east side of Disney, etc.) and we will do our best to meet these requests. However, requests cannot be guaranteed. If you chose to book a generic home, there is a 10% deposit required to hold a property in your name. The balance of your stay is due UPON ARRIVAL at our office.
- Book a specific home. This option allows you to view our list of Orlando Vacation Rentals and pick the exact home you want to stay in for your vacation The home you see will be the home we hold for you. If you chose to book a specific property, there is a $250 deposit required, with the balance of your stay due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival on 7 bedroom homes).
